Sri Lanka -China Textile & Apparel Conference

The China-Sri Lanka Textile and Apparel Industry Matchmaking Conference was held today, May 29, 2025. The event brought together leading Chinese companies and Sri Lankan industry representatives to explore ways to work together in the changing global trade environment.

The main goals were to build strong connections between the two countries, find ways to improve the supply chain, and create new business and investment opportunities.

The Sri Lanka Chamber of Garment Exporters took part in the conference and had the chance to interact with 14 well-established Chinese textile and apparel companies. The event included opening speeches, case-sharing by selected companies, and time for networking and building relationships.
