ACCELERATING INDUSTRIES CLIMATE RESPONSE - WHICH LEADS TO ENERGY SAVING




We are pleased to share an update on the recent meeting of the Apparel Sector Committee at ministry of Industries.


Meeting Details:

The Apparel Sector Committee meeting took place on October 5, 2023, at the Auditorium of the Ministry of Industries. The meeting aimed to discuss the upcoming project funded by the European Union, which focuses on supporting the implementation of Sri Lanka's Nationally Determined Contributions (NDC) for the industrial sector.

1. Climate Change Mitigation: The meeting highlighted the urgent need for the apparel sector to address climate change and contribute to mitigation efforts.
